Return & Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)


30-Day Return & Withdrawal Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. This goes beyond the standard EU 14-day withdrawal period—we offer this extended right voluntarily to give you more flexibility.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return or Withdrawal

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send back items before contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@studiotomris.com so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care goods (e.g. opened beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

• Gift cards

• Sale/discounted items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
